Hello friends. First let me say I have no clue why a July posting when out to my followers. Some glich in blogger perhaps? I apologize to those it has confused. I am not taking a just rite preorder at the moment (we just did one) and the items that came up are by no means new.
On a personal note, I am taking a bit of a break to try to get my holiday stuff done plus dad needs more of my time. Yesterday we got quite the scare from dad and thank goodness he pulled through. Nevertheless we are still scared that the phone is going to ring in the middle of the night....what an awful feeling.

New Christmas Creatables and A Just Rite Preorder!

Memory Box Christmas Dies For Sale

I hope all my customers had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Ours was ok-it's a bit of an adjustment with dad and all. Yesterday I was all set to do some power shopping online but I had to go to the eye doctor and he closely watches my retina and he gave me those drops that dilate my pupils at 1 PM and at bedtime I still couldn't see! So no orders were processed but it forced me to rest which may be a good thing.
Now on to business. I have something special for Thanksgiving for you. It is a new die company I will be carrying called Memory Box. I also am debuting a new designer for me named Paula Davis. New Nellie Snellen Mini Punches

Hello everyone and I hope you are all enjoying the holiday season. Poor Buddy, he is highly allergic to turkey-just one bite and we end up in the Vet's office for the day to try to stop him from being soooo sick. So I usually cook him his own chicken for Thanksgiving. We have made the decision to not bring dad home for the holiday-he is too confused and aggressive and the experts feel this will set him back as he is starting to be comfortable at the facility. So we will visit him there-perhaps even go for a drive if it is a nice day. We planned on setting up his Christmas tree that day but we just found out he can only have battery operated lights! Yikes...Just went over to QVC and found a battery operated tree..sheesh... It is Bethlehem lights and I have had excellent luck with their products so I am happy. I did find dad one of those small lawn ornament things of a dog (looks like Buddy!)with a strand of lights in his mouth, but now I am unsure if dad can have it as it is not battery operated..... Well, I digress...

New Nellie Snelen Multiframes For Sale!

I have the latest and greatest from Nellie Snellen. No video this week as I think you will all be able to see the beauty of these dies with the help of Jennie Williams and Nellie's design team! You can visit their blogs HERE and HERE. I really like Nellies Multiframe dies as they give such an elegant touch to cards or scrapbooks and they are easy to use.

Here is the first die of the set. I always like a square card. You can see the various designs you can make with the dies from Nellie's visual sheet. Notice that there is a snow flake in the center of the dies- you may miss that one and it is the one Jennie used on her sample card. If you look at Jennie's card you will see that in the outer layer she added the inner frame to cut out the dot like areas between the snowflakes plus the frame to cut the center but she omitted this step with the center piece. There is also some embossed areas if you look closely. I also like how Jennie utilized the little snowflake cutouts on her card.

Now we switch over to a circular set of dies. These dies are so perfect for rhinestones or pearls. I like all the different configurations Nellie came up with. In Jennie's sample she cut the die just once leaving the center intact and adding the lovely rosette with some adornments and a flower-Fantastic! Also you are probably saying how did she get the matching border? That is the matching border dies which you can see by scrolling down a bit!

Our next die sets are borders and corners. You can manipulate these dies by cutting and then aligning the dies along the cut edges to make long borders or frames! Once you play with these dies you can start to imagine all sorts of borders and frames you can create. Jennie made some beautiful samples showing frames and long borders she created using these dies.

And last but not least we have another Incire Flower Die which are always popular sellers. If you look closely at Jennie's samples you can see how she tucked the folds in to create a lovely effect. Also note on the oval card how she used the center die for the flowers on the edges of the paper ribbon.

The Cheery Lynn October Release is Here!

The new release made it to me just yesterday so I didn't have time to make any samples but once again Mike's video was great and will show you all the dies. You can see Mike's video HERE. You wouldn't want to hear me in a video this week anyways, I have a cold and I am all croaky sounding. I will offer my tips though with each photo as many of you say that you find them helpful. Also, I didn't order the entire release so if you wanted something I do not have just let me know and I will special order it for you.

This die is very lacy and elegant. It would make a great border to any card. I predict this one will be popular.

This one is cute and whimsical. I like borders like this because they don't have to be near an edge to look good.

This is a beautiful die and one of my favorites. It could be used for either a wedding or Christmas. I see this one done up in silver mirror cardstock and a red bow and calling it "Silver Bells"

Cheery Lynn September Release Just Arrived.....

Whew.... I ordered this release early but it got lost in the mail! The Cheery Lynn staff tracked it down so I got it yesterday! Seems my package really liked PA. Boy I was sweating out that one. Well many of you have already ordered or have let me know you are patiently waiting for this release so I had no time to make any samples or a video. But have no fear Mike is here! Things have been very difficult in my personal life with dad. They think his dementia increased so greatly because he had another stroke. He also has been in the ICU for his heart and for the last 2 days we had to get Buddy to the vet for severe intestinal problems which they think is his thyroid related to guess what? STRESS! Go figure.... I am emotionally and physically drained.
I have had no time to make up samples or do a video so I am relying on the kindness of Nellie Snellen and Jennie Williams to show the versatility of these beautiful dies. Christmas Cheery Lynn Dies For Sale

June & July 2011 Cheery Lynn Dies Release

Well everyone, I must ask you all to be patient once again with me. Dad unexpectedly ended up in the hospital Thursday after he went to doctor's office. His prostate is very enlarged and during the examination he started to bleed a lot so he has surgery scheduled on Monday. All this stress and med changes launched his dementia a giant step forward and on Friday they were making arrangements to place him in a nursing home but thankfully he cleared a lot. He is still more confused then usual but he is better. I have been through a lot of emotional highs and lows the last few days and the entire family is exhausted. Poor Buddy is devastated. My dad and him are the best of pals. So please be patient with me. I will process orders in the order they come to me but I may be a bit longer than usual. I know you will all understand, that is why I am posting this.
I made a quick video and samples thanks to my husband doing the lion's share of work. The video will show you what the dies produce with paper.

Hello Everyone!

Well, I had my surgery on Wednesday and was doing well except for a pesky low grade fever. Told every doctor and nurse to not give me anything with codeine in it because it makes me vomit and once I start I don't stop. Well on Thursday they started giving me codeine derivative pain killers and all Thursday night I vomited so then they were doing everything in their power to get me to stop. Oh my goodness was all that vomiting painful-I was convinced I popped all my stitches. So back went in the IV and then finally they just knocked me out again. Woke up late Friday feeling better, and guess what? They tried to give me more codeine!! Aghhhhh... I flat out refused and then they found better meds. Saturday night, the OBGYN doctor was in to deliver a baby and he agreed I would do better at home at this point so I came home last night and I am weak and tired and a little bit befuddled at times but I'm home. I read all your emails this afternoon and I must admit it touched my heart how kind and sweet all your well wishes were. I was amazed how many of you have had this procedure and appreciated all the advice. I truly have many friends in the crafting world. So, because I am so tired, we will just continue with the Just Rite Order for this week. Please get all orders to me by Thursday, June 23rd.
