Karen Burniston December 2024 Zoom Class

I know this is early and I will send reminders out for this class again later via email, but I know a few of you want to order the December class now so I thought I would get this out quickly. 

Here are the two cards we will be making in December's class:

The December 2024 Zoom Class Kit with the required dies (3 dies plus papers, extras and instruction) is $80.00 AND Shipping is FREE to USA Customers. (Foreign customers will get a discount on shipping.)

The December  2024 Paper Only Class Kit (with just the paper, precuts and instruction is $30.00 plus shipping (This is the kit to get if you have already purchased the dies).

If anyone needs an Extra December 2024 Paper Only Class Kit and you are purchasing an original class kit from me (either paper kit or full class kit with dies), the extra paper kit is only $20.00 rather than $30.00. Several of you have requested this, so I aim to please. (This is a great way to do a class with a friend or family member. Also, it isn't that much more work to make 2 cards at once.)

The Class will be via zoom on December 7, 2024 at 12 noon EDT. Approximately 10 days prior to the class, people who purchase a kit will be sent a private link to a taped YouTube class where Karen gives you your homework. You work right along with her taped video, and you may pause the homework video as you please to complete it in sessions. You will also be sent another private link to the live zoom class. The live class will be recorded, so students can watch and rewatch the video at any time on YouTube if unable to make the live class. During the live class you can ask questions and get extra help from Karen if you need it. (I don't know of any other online card making classes where you can stop the instructor and get help.) You also get to know the other participants who may share ideas and tips and tricks. Some share cards they have made. We talk about tv shows, pets, the weather, and other little chit chat. It is like being in a really nice crafty club. If you are wanting some crafty company, this is the class to join. I enjoy it immensely. If you are shy, don't worry. You can quietly craft along. It is great if you have a webcam so we can see you, but it is NOT necessary to participate in the class.

I would really appreciate it if you let me know whether or not you need 1169-Snow Man Pop up Die when ordering. Karen Burniston November 2024 Classes - 2 Classes This Month!

 So, Karen Burniston is having 2 separate Classes on November 16th.  One will be a Zoom class and one will be a virtual class.  What does this mean?  For the Zoom class, you will be able to interact with Karen while you make 2 cards.  For the virtual class, the class is prerecorded.  No interacting with Karen but you can pause the class and go at your own pace to make 2 more cards.  I would suggest that you do the zoom class in person and then do the virtual class at your leisure.

Prior to the premier of the November 2024 Virtual YouTube class, a private YouTube homework prep video will be emailed to you.

This class day video will be on YouTube premiering November 16th at 4:00 PM Central. With the premiere there is a chat box where students can ask questions at this time. However, students can choose to watch the class day video at any time. And since the class is already taped, you can stop and pause it as much as you like.  (My husband loves this feature so he can keep interrupting me...LOL)   With this class you go at your own pace. It is very easy to follow along and when the class is done you have completed two beautiful kinetic cards. These cards are amazing, and the recipients will treasure them.

Karen Burniston Update

 Hello everyone.  I have had a lot of requests about Karen's upcoming classes.  Karen is not doing an October class.  Rather she is going to do two classes (four cards) on November 16th.

Here is the info that she has given me:

November 16th Zoom Class - $95 for the full bundle, and $30 for paper only.   NOTE the foundation die 1020 Christmas Tree Pop-up ($26.95 separate purchase)


November 16th Virtual Class (premieres at 4 pm Central) - $105 for the full bundle, and $30 for paper only.   NOTE the foundation die 1266 Lorna Label Pop-up ($22.95 separate purchase)


December 7th Zoom Class - $80 for the full bundle, and $30 for paper only.   NOTE the foundation die 1169 Snowman Pop-up ($29.95 separate purchase)

If you want my opinion, I can offer the following.    I think the November classes will be Christmas/Holiday themed.   You can see that for the November classes, you will need 1020 Christmas Tree Pop Up die set and 1266 Lorna Label Pop Up.  So check if you need these dies.  The two classes together will be $200.00 ($95.00 + $105.00)   So if you are pretty sure you will want to take these classes, then save up your money.  I can take orders now, as some of you know you are taking the classes.  I also understand some of you may wish to wait and see.  You can always order 1020 Christmas Tree Pop up or 1266 Lorna Label Pop up now if you wish.   I don't think I have done a class of Karen's that I do not like.

I will have my usual deal of free shipping to the USA of the full kits (the one with dies) and if you purchase an extra paper kit, I will only charge $20.00-but remember you must purchase an original kit from me at full price first.
